Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Please allow 1-2 days for shipping of in-stock items and 5-8 days for licensed covers i.e., Peanuts, Disney, Pixar, Star Wars. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO and FPO) or the U.S. Territories. If the address attached to your order contains a P.O. Box, a member of our Customer Care team will reach out to you for an updated address. If we do not hear back within seven days from the original order date, we will cancel your order.

If you reside in a country we do NOT currently ship to, please email our Customer Care team at support@garagecelebrations.com with your name, country, and email to be added to our mailing list. We will reach out once we begin shipping to your country.

Canada Shipping

We do ship to Canada! Shipping options include DHL International 2-5 Business Days or USPS Flat Rate International 7-14 Business Days. Please Note: taxes and duty are NOT included in shipping price and are due upon receipt. All shipping cost and fees incurred as a result of non-payment of applicable taxes and duty (by customer) will NOT be included in refunded amount.

At this time, return shipping labels are not available for purchases made in Canada. Please contact support@garagecelebrations.com to review options for returns or replacement covers.

Which carrier is used for shipping?

We use, UPS, FedEx and DHL for shipping our packages.

Holiday Shipping Policy

Scheduled delivery times for domestic and international packages for delivery between November 25 to December 31, cannot be guaranteed by our shipping partners. We will do everything in our power to help get your covers to their desired locations, but unforeseen winter weather and shipping delays are not our responsibility. 

How do I change my shipping address?

If your order has not been shipped: Please email us at support@GarageCelebrations.com with your order number and the updated shipping address.

If your order has been shipped: The quickest way to change your shipping address is by signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager and searching your order tracking number on FedEx.com. From there, select “Deliver to Another Address” under “Manage Delivery.”

If you need to change your shipping address because you will not be home during a delivery, you can also request that your package be sent to a FedEx location or Walgreens until you’re ready to pick it up through FedEx’s Delivery Manager.

Please remember to check your spam / junk mail folders when waiting for a response from us. Sometimes our emails get delivered there instead of your inbox.
