Refund Policy

Returns

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from Garage Celebrations. We will gladly accept returns that are unworn in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging within 14 days of postdate on the package.

Please contact support@garagecelebrations.com to arrange your product return. Please note:

  • Garage Celebrations will provide you with a return shipping label.
  • The original order number must be included within the package, with a reason for the return.
  • A standard $40 restocking and shipping fee is charged per order being returned.
  • Returns of licensed covers (i.e., Peanuts, Disney, Star Wars, Pixar) do require an additional non-refundable $75.00 fee. These covers are made to order.

Exchanges

We understand it's easy to buy the wrong size cover. We want to make sure you receive a cover that fits your garage and meets your expectations. We will gladly accept one-time exchanges for products that are unworn in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging within 28 days of postdate on the package or receiving package.

Please contact support@garagecelebrations.com to arrange your product exchange. Please note:

  • Exchanges can only be made for covers within the same Collection or Holiday (i.e., Halloween covers may only be exchanged for other Halloween covers.)
  • Garage Celebrations will provide you with a return shipping label.
  • A standard $20 exchange shipping fee is charged per item being exchanged.

Canada Exchange/Refund Policy

We do accept exchanges/refunds from Canada, however at this time we cannot provide return shipping labels. Buyers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping charges. All Canadian returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the package. Please Note: taxes and duty are NOT included in shipping price and are due upon receipt. All fees and shipping costs incurred as a result of non-payment of applicable taxes and duty by customer will not be included in refunded amount.

Please contact support@garagecelebrations.com to review options for returns or replacement covers purchased in Canada. We will work hard to resolve any issue.

Custom & Expedited Cover Returns/Exchanges

  • Custom garage door covers made specifically by/for customers requiring custom artwork, dimensions and/or requiring specific alterations are not returnable. Covers received by clients with major manufacturing damage or printing errors may be subject to one-time replacement. Please submit photo evidence of product defects to support@garagecelebrations.com, please include a brief description of the issue.
  • Please note: small tears, minor stitching errors, small printing blemishes DO NOT constitute "defective" covers. We will do everything in our power to help repair or resolve your issue, but replacements or refund WILL NOT be granted. 
  • Expedited covers of standard artwork and dimensions are subject to a non-refundable $75.00 fee. We will gladly accept returns that are unworn in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging within 14 days of postdate on the package or receiving package. Please contact support@garagecelebrations.com to arrange your product return and return shipping label.

Used Cover Return Policy

While we do our best to accurately describe and price our used inventory, it is NOT possible to warranty or offer returns on used garage door covers. In unique circumstances we will accommodate exchanges on used inventory and/or provide replacement components. All costs associated with used cover exchanges, replacements and shipping will NOT be provided by Garage Celebrations. For additional questions regarding used inventory, please contact us at support@garagecelebrations.com.

Return Item Processing

Once we receive your item(s) at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return and an additional 2 to 3 business days to receive your refund. You will receive a refund confirmation email for each refund. Please contact your financial institution if your account is not credited within 7 business days of your refunds being issued.

Exchange Item Processing

Once we receive your exchanged item(s), we will process your new order. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery of in-stock items. Exchanges for backordered items may require significantly longer wait times. Please contact us at support@garagecelebrations.comabout current backorder fulfillment estimates. Please remember to check your spam/junk mail folders when waiting for a response from us. Sometimes our emails get delivered there instead of your inbox.
